- High-speed NAND interface with 1200 MT/s 3D TLC NAND memory and an 8-channel controller maximizes the data bandwidth of PCIe 4.0 (approx. 8GB/s).High-capacity dynamic SLC cache. Dynamic SLC cache, which reserves up to one-third of the SSD’s total storage space, is employed to accelerate the speed of frequently accessed data and extend the life of the TLC. In addition, up to 2GB* of DDR4 DRAM is installed to achieve both high speed and stability.
