- If you want to play 8K video or images, you need the input source device, input and output HDMI cable, output display all support 8K, and not a single one can be omitted.
- Please use HDMI cable (19 + 2) HDMI version 2.1 cable, the length does not exceed 3m(9.85 ft). Judgment method: directly connected to the input source and output display device HDMI cable without any intermediate adapter device, usually can display 8K that is the cable support 8K.
- If the HDMI cable or display device does not support 8K, the possible failure phenomena are: no signal, display device black screen, screen flicker, screen snow, screen discoloration (red screen, green screen), screen streaks, have video but no audio and other undesirable conditions. If the resolution of the input signal source is reduced to normal display, it can be judged that one of them does not support 8K.

For TV does not work, it is recommended to try the following operations:
- may be caused by insufficient power supply, it is recommended that the three input interfaces are connected to the input device .
- may be caused by the TV does not support the output 8K resolution, it is recommended to connect the input source device to adjust the resolution to automatic.
- may be caused by the HDMI cable does not support high resolution, it is recommended to use the HDMI cable provided by our products, or ensure that you are using a high-quality 19 + 2 HDMI2.1 cable, and the cable length does not exceed 3M.
