1. It does not charge any devices. when using this hub?
Answer: This hub supports pass-through charging of up to 100W; however when connected to a standard 60W power adapter, the hab and the peripheral devices will use about 11W of power, thus the final charge supplied will be 49W which may not be enough for some laptops.
2. Does this hub get hot?
Answer: When in use, the maximum working temperature of this USB-C hub can reach up to 131°F (55°C),Which may feel hot to the touch, but is not abnormal(the chips can work at 161°F/75°C).
3. Can TF/SD card slot be plugged into at a time?
Answer: Yes,TF/SD card can be used at the time .
4. Why does the screen splash and snowflakes?
Answer: i think hdmi cables get some problems, pls change a new and short hdmi cable for trying. Or it may product’s problem, pls write a letter to us to get a replacement.
5. The ethernet doesn’t work.
Answer: If not recognized, pls check your ethernet cable has been connected well or try to replace a new ethernet cable for trying.This hub does not work with earlier OS versions (like windows xp,win 7,win 8,Mac 10.6-10.8,Linux,ect.) For such OS version,please refer to the Driver installation.
6. This PD port can not be used to transfer data.
Answer: This USB C PD port can only be used to charge , not to transfer data.
